Fun Team Building Quad bike trail- Liquorice team

Yesterday afternoon was spent having some team fun with several great folk from Liquorice and their Unilever colleges.

Quad Bike outings generally  guarantee a nice mixture of relationship building and fun team work interaction as individuals power their own way along a guided off road four wheel drive nature trail. the team work comes in to play as people start to support each other with encouragement, words of you can do it ,just focus on two meters in font of you, you will be fine etc.. ( some people were doing this for the very first time ).Thanks to Charmaine from Liquorice for allowing us at Team Attitude team to facilitate this Quad biking Team build outing. I believe some folk were still scrapping the mud off late last night! Thanks again Brett & Ryan ( Team Attitude)

Hill2Hill Marathon 2009

The guaranteed challenge of a long day in the saddle an early start at Hilton and the all too recent memory of last years mud wrestling marathon saw us even more eager to conquer and hope to better our times from 2007 our first Hill2Hill.

marathon. With far from the ideal amount of training hours we dusted off our trusty steeds and headed down the hills on a cold but dry windy Sunday .Our motley crew consisting of Duncan,Dave & Brett mountain biking mates and fellow weekend warriors.

The result..I am pleased to say a mud free and incident free adventure of perfect mountain biking. The course  awesome in the dry..a great mix of single track, jeep track and back road magic makes this one of our favourites on the mountain bike race calendar. Finishing between  6hrs 28. and 6 hrs 46 we the typical weekend warriors were spent, satisfied and soon secretly already scheming for a 6: 15 finish for 2010..  This sport is so cool and has the potential to really develop  into a great

Durban Team Building opportunity.

Thank you to my two faster mates, D & D.
