Thanks to Pam for allowing us to work with her super team at the Everglades Hotel (the selected venue for Strategic planning and team Development) From a day of active relationship building during team tasks and challenges to an evening of creative expression, this group of 28 delegates and Board members were able to experience Ubuntu at its best.

“ A great day was had by all as +- 80 players in 5 teams competed against one another for prizes in Categories of  Fast ,friendly,flexiable,focused,and fun. Events such as Raft building,Paintball,Quad biking, Giant totem Poles and The crossing ,tested the teams with names like Team Simpson’s, Blue Balls of Destiny,Marvel,Red Devils and Gangrene. The Day was concluded with an interactive Drumming session to strengthen bonds and deepen communication.
