The Kzn Home loans team gathered at Emoyeni in camperdown to participate in this their teams breakaway .

We focused on Attitudinal motivation and exploring ways to “move beyond excuses” into a greater level of personal delivery and improved team capacity.

Our chosen team activities were the Power line obstacle challenge, a Quad bike mini Olympics course and a Micro light flip for all delegates.

 This interactive team building day was facilitated at the lovely Everglades Hotel nestled just below the Inhlosane mountain near Boston in the foot hills of the Southern Drakensburg.

The client Toyota Tshuso wanted their team to have fun while working on the dynamics of relationship s within teamwork with a focus on improving team communication.

We spent time exploring the characteristics of team motivation ,attitude management and the dynamics that exist within diverse groups.

Our outdoor team activities encouraged challenging personal comfort zones, communication ( feedback ) time management and  task delegation. Thanks Denver and team for spending the day with us!

 The team building spec from Dirga  Lowe and Mandy Smith was simple.We want our operational /factory team to have a totally different and fun outing with good food and lots of activity.

So this year we created the Rapidol Laduma world cup with lots of colour,all the football world cup activities like a on the beach training camp a coaching clinic, and finally a 4 team play off ,with four team country themes,flags ,vuvuzelas ,penalty shoot outs etc.

We also did Branded clothing ( T-suits,T-shirts caps and golf shirts)…

This cool event was hosted at Protea karridene and on the beach.
