We are committed to working with these approx 16 “ I care ”street kids at Mother of Peace in Illovo Beach on a monthly basis .

We have been focusing on fun teambuilding activities with them in order to build some rapport and trust with the view to introducing a more structured Jnr leadership programme with them in 2008.

This is just the beginning of a really rewarding outreach.- Thanks to Shirley and

The practice Managers breakaway consisted of the 9 member senior team , bent on the mission of spending some quality time together in order to appreciate each others valuable support and leadership.

We also used the time to revisit aspects of personal and team motivation.

We achieved this and more at our chosen venue “Mbangweni” on a private lake in Bainesfield whilst we also experienced ,Quad biking, Bushmen survivor skills training ,Climbing ,Boating and a Gala appreciation dinner.-Thanks Graham,liz and the Medicross team ( Brett ,Sazi and Martinus)
