This Hospital Theatre team development process incorporated an onsite team climate analysis surveys, along with personal feedback coaching sessions and a two day  interactive team building workshop conducted over two weeks.( The team building sessions were hosted at Hospice conference centre Pmb)

Ola- Retsol Conference (Nov 2006 )

Transporting tons of sand from the Durban beach front we transformed the Champagne sports Hotel into a central beach theme with 10 mini beaches for this fun afternoon activity- Beach Babes,Life guards,Sand castle experts and competion was the order of events!

Ola -Operations Marketing Awards ( Jan 2006)

This afternoon and evening event had as its theme “Now where’re Rocking” in which we created  a rock stadium setup incorporating 10 famous show bands and theme songs for each team to perform live on stage. The bands had to manufacture their own instruments and choreograph a live stage show!

Ola – Retsol Conference (Feb 2007)

Laduma world cup ,we created a football stadium at Misty Hills ( four ways) and hosted a four country world cup soccer event.Vuvuzellas,traophys penalty shoot outs and football hooligans.
