The purpose of this inter-active exercise  is  to invite an attitude of team creativity whilst encouraging trust and rapport. As each  member of the team risks,  stepping out of his or her comfort zone, so too  the overall  capacity  and ultimately along with it a culture of  creative genius emerges.

It doesn’t matter what position  you are in your job  the key is  just to listen ,  listen to your team. Making sure  you stay in tune so we all understand that when you work together your team will  become greater bringing  harmony and quality  to your company .
